Reservation Policy

Since your treatment time has been exclusively reserved for you, any changes to your reservation must be made more than 24 hours prior to your treatment. 

​For your convenience, you may reschedule or cancel your treatment online at any time up to 24 hours prior to your treatment using the link provided in your confirmation email/text. You will receive a reminder email of scheduled reservation 72 hours in advance, as well as, a text reminder 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel if you need to - because we all know how easy it is to forget an appointment you reserved weeks ago!

Please note, if you are late your treatment will be shortened and you will be charged the full service fee. 

Cancellation/No Show Policy

Please be aware that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that treatment time, and guests on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive treatments. 

  • Cancellations without the courtesy of 24 hours notice  will be charged 50% of the booked treatment fee to the credit card on file. Repeat last minute cancellations will result in a deposit for future appointments equaling the full base charge of treatments or may be banned from booking again.

  • No shows will be charged 100% of the booked treatment fee to the card on file and may be banned from booking again.
